Can’t make it to your class?
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, we get that! If you won’t be able to attend the class you signed up for, reschedule your class with the button at the bottom of your class confirmation email before 48 hours to your class date. Unfortunately, we cannot provide credit for a no call no show, and all changes must be submitted 48 hours prior to the class date.
Tardiness Policy:
There are a lot of steps involved the process of creating pottery; for that reason, we are unable to catch up students who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their class. Tardy students are not eligible to move their class to a later date.
